Oversized & Freight Items
Some of our larger products need to be shipped by freight carrier. These orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Warehouse Location
All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Miami, Florida (USA).
Multiple Addresses
We do not support multiple shipping addresses in a single order. For multiple destinations, place separate orders.
Order Status & Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for items that are new or in like-new condition and remain in their original condition and packaging.
If your item arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll do our best to resolve it.
