Zero-turn mowers, riding lawn tractors, and other large equipment ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carrier rather than standard parcel delivery. Here’s what to know before your equipment arrives.
Delivery timeline
Freight orders typically arrive within 8-12 business days. This can vary based on your location and carrier availability.
Scheduling
The freight carrier will call you directly to schedule a delivery appointment, usually within a several-hour window. Please provide a working phone number at checkout.
Curbside delivery
Freight deliveries are curbside — the driver will lower the equipment via liftgate to the end of your driveway or curb. Someone must be present to receive it; the carrier cannot bring equipment inside a garage or up stairs. Have a way to move the equipment (ramps, a helper, or a dolly) ready.
Inspect before you sign
Inspect the crate or packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice damage, note it in writing on the receipt and take photos before accepting delivery. This protects your ability to file a freight claim if needed.
Damaged shipments
If your equipment arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at +1 786 761 9350 or contact@nasminc.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
Assembly
Most equipment arrives mostly assembled. Any remaining setup (attaching a seat, steering wheel, or mower deck) is covered in the included manual. Contact us if you need help.
