You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. 3. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We work hard to display accurate product information, images, and pricing, but errors can occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a technical or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even after an order has been confirmed. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. 4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory; if we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. 7. Warranties

Products sold on nasminc.com are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty where available; Nasminc LLC does not independently extend or modify manufacturer warranty terms. Except as expressly set out on that page or required by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Website Use and Prohibited Conduct

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
