Cancellation Eligibility

Freight & Oversized Items
For large or freight items, please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Once a freight shipment has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and additional fees from the carrier may apply.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
- You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation and refund have been processed
Order Modifications
