Do you charge sales tax?
No. We do not currently charge sales tax on orders placed through nasminc.com.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international addresses at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Standard-size items ship via ground carrier. Large equipment (mowers, zero-turns, and tractors) ships via LTL freight with curbside delivery, typically within 8-12 business days, and the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Contact our support team to start a return.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, eligible equipment comes with a 3-year warranty covering manufacturer defects.
