Small parts and accessories ship via standard ground carrier and are delivered directly to your door. Mowers, tractors, and other large equipment ship via freight carrier with curbside delivery — the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window, and the unit will be unloaded at the curb or the end of your driveway.
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. We’re unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

Returns
Parts, accessories, and large equipment such as mowers and tractors can all be returned within 90 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging or condition to qualify, and standard items should include your order number or proof of purchase.
Because large equipment ships via freight, returns are arranged through our support team — please don’t attempt to ship equipment back on your own. Our team will schedule a freight pickup and walk you through preparing the unit for return.
Return shipping costs, including freight carrier fees, are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover the cost.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method — typically within 5–7 business days for standard items and 7–10 business days for large equipment, since freight returns require a physical inspection before approval.
